Sue, You bless us! Nothing warms my heart more than having Trenton come home and tell me story after story of God's love. He simply adores you :o) Thanks for being a shining example to our family of ministering with grace and passion.

Sue, Thank you for teaching our children about God this year! It was incredible to watch the Big Review and your special enthusiasm during the all class chapel! The lessons you are teaching truly have a eternal impact on their sweet souls. Alec speaks fondly of you all the time and sings the songs at home! Blessings!
As a preschool teacher, my classes have been blessed having Sue teach chapel time to them for over the past 7 years. Sue has a very special style of teaching that combines creative story telling with music and motion to create a captivating, engaging, fun, and most importantly bible-based chapel time for young children. Sue is incredibly gifted by God to reach children with deep, fundamental biblical truths and principals at a level of their own understanding, enabling them to process God's word and then apply it into their daily lives.
Sue has been ministering to children for the past 30 years in a variety of applications including creating curriculum, teaching, writing songs and stories, producing and acting. For the past decade she has developed and implemented Song Story's integrated, progression based, biblical curriculum for preschoolers. This curriculum has been created, edited, and tested at four different schools. It was taught during weekly individual classroom Chapel sessions that ran from 20-25 minutes each. Also during this time, Sue wrote and produced curriculum for The Legacy Institute entitled Relationships with Integrity that involved audio dramas. Previously, Sue was the director of music and drama for Overlake Christian Church's VBS for ten years. She wrote, directed, acted and produced drama scripts and audio drama LP's for seven unique in-house curriculum. She holds a Bachelor degree from Oregon State University in Home Economic Communications.
She lives in Sammamish, WA with her husband Don where they raised their three children. She enjoys reading, gardening, playing with miniature horse Winston and grandpuppy George and delighting in adventures with her granddaughter.
Linda has over 25 years of experience in the field of early childhood education. Her background includes teaching in the preschool classroom setting, serving as a Master Teacher for college student teachers, and being part of the startup team for Nike's first corporate Child Development Center in Beaverton, OR. She is a lifelong learner, earning a Master of Education Degree in Early Childhood Education in 2014, as well as completing a certification course in training Developmentally Appropriate Practice through NAEYC. Since then, Linda has been hired to write Christian classroom curriculum, serve as a mentor for new teachers, and is currently Program Supervisor at a Christian Preschool.
While working with Christian preschools Linda has become aware of the strong need and desire for a chapel type program that would teach key biblical concepts in a comprehensive, engaging, developmentally appropriate manner.
Linda and her husband Doug are the parents of a college junior and live in Issaquah, WA with their Goldendoodle, Murphy.
